Malcolm Smith Consulting was engaged to consider the development potential for a rural block of land that had recently been rezoned for urban activities.

A study of the property was carried out, and we reviewed the new rules and standards for residential development as detailed in the District Plan. From this we were able to design a well considered and complying allotment layout, and this enabled the client to better consider the development potential of the block as well as it’s present “block value”.
